Specifically, the Policy establishes guidelines for the prevention of bribery, corruption and unethical practices, such as improper or illegal payments and behaviours that interfere with decision-making. The Policy focuses on strict book-keeping, makes provision for the annual training of the senior management and the employees on the Policy, and encourages them to report any violations via the grievance mechanism.
